COURSE DETAILS
Our summer English language courses combine learning with a great holiday. As well as English you will be learning new skills. We want you to enjoy getting to know Wales and Welsh people and to share this experience with fellow students from different cultures around the world.
DYNAMIC CLASSES WITH EXPERIENCED TEACHERS
Summer General English courses take place in July and August. You must study for a minimum of 2 weeks. You can combine courses to create a longer study programme, if you wish.
Why Summer Courses:
- You will combine studying English with cultural, social and sporting activities.
- You will meet students from other cultural backgrounds.
- Interactive and focused classroom activities will give you the opportunity to practise grammatical structures and new vocabulary in a relaxed supportive environment.
- You will receive personal attention; your teachers plan their lessons carefully to suit the needs, interests and learning styles of their students, so they provide the right balance of skills, vocabulary and grammar.
- You will benefit from the Alpha Omega dynamic and communicative 'style of teaching'.
- You will learn a great deal about Welsh culture and make friends and contacts from all over the world: our students are of all ages and nationalities.
- At the end of your course, you will receive a detailed in-house certificate showing your level of English and course details.
ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS
An intensive summer course will improve your all-round language ability and help you to communicate more fluently and effectively in English. You will improve your understanding of written and spoken English. You will improve your pronunciation and gain confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing. You will also develop a greater awareness of grammar structure and vocabulary.
