STUDENT PROFILE

This programme is designed for people with relevant work experience or a relevant level 2 qualification who wish to further their understanding of principles and practice of Administrative Management.

COURSE OUTLINE

The course is divided into modules as follows:

• 1: Inside Organisations
• 2: Administrative Practice
• 3: Working with people
• 4: Learning diary and project report

DURATION

This course can be completed in a range of ways, through teaching in our centre or through a long distance course. You can contact us by phone or apply online and we will email you the options available. The course can normally be completed in 6 to 12 months, depending on the time you have available.

STUDY PACK

If you choose to complete the course using the distance learning option, you will receive a study pack containing all of your study materials. You will not be required to make any further purchases from the centre, although you will still need to attend an examination and pay the appropriate fee.

ASSESSMENT

This course is assessed in two parts; evidence of the application of skills for employment and academic achievements will be recorded in a learning diary and a multiple choice examination demonstrating knowledge and skills will also be completed.

ACCREDITATION

The Certificate in Administrative Management is accredited as a level 3 qualification by the regulatory authorities in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Holders of the Certificate may progress on to the Diploma in Administrative Management and beyond. This course is externally moderated.

SUPPORT

Support comes from the teachers in the centre. Support will be given from the teachers for the period the student is enrolled, all our teachers are very helpful and will help a student deal with any enquiry they might have.
