STUDENT PROFILE

This course is designed for people working in, or preparing to work in a wide variety of business sectors related to hotel, hospitality, leisure, tourism and care occupations. People not currently in work but seeking employment will also find the programme of value, as assessment is based on case study information that eliminates the need for current employment. The programme is most suitable for people wishing to broaden their range of skills in providing services to guests and clients, and for gaining an accredited award for those skills.

• 3. Prepare & Serve Cocktails
• 4. Prepare & Clean for Drink Service
• 5. Provide Drinks Service

DURATION

ASSESSMENT

This course is assessed through a series of tutor marked assignments. No attendance at an exams centre is required.

ACCREDITATION

This course is intended for personal development and is not accredited. Students completing a series of tutor marked assignments will receive a completion certificate from Study House.

Support comes from the teachers in the centre. Support will be given from the teachers for the period the student is enrolled, all our teachers are very helpful and will help a student deal with any enquiry they might have.
